How do I return items from my order?

IMPORTANT: returns are refunded to your original payment method or via store credit in the form of a Meryem Saidi E-Gift Card.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return, Meryem Saidi does not issue store credit or refund for the original shipping charges.

We offer exchanges but we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time returned items come back to the Distribution Center, except in very limited circumstances.
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
Helpful Hint: Meryem Saidi is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Meryem Saidi will not issue store credit for your returns.
How we process orders
Regarding potential delivery delay due to the impact of COVID -19.
– All international packages orders will be processed within 48-72 Hours Orders placed after 12pm , on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day but we cannot guarantee. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched. – You can not change or cancel your order once it is fulfilled.
We will constantly provide you with updates about your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department according to our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours after your order leaves our location.

Possible delays: we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our standard option, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES
Changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not possible once an order has been processed. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly.

If delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will leave a card in your letterbox or attempt to contact you to arrange a re-delivery. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted.
All orders, must allow for 24 hours for processing the order request for pick up. No exceptions.
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplace or lost package by shipping carrier.
