     All refunds will be processed within 14 working days upon arrival to the warehouse, please only reach out to us once this time has passed.

    We hope you love your order, but if you do need to return, we operate a straight-forward return policy.

     To be eligible for a return, please make sure you meet the following criteria.

    1. Your return must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
    2. The garment must be unworn and in perfect condition.
    3. All security ribbons and tags must be firmly attached.

    If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to return the purchase back to you.

    The 14 days period starts from the day delivery is made to your nominated delivery address. 

    Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted

    HOW DO I RETURN?

    • Please don't ship the products to the address written in the label when you received the parcel, please contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form. or via email to sales@meryemsaidi.com, write us your order number and reason of the return. Once we receive your request, we will be back to you within maximum 24 hours.
    • Please check to ensure your return meets our returns policy before posting, returns that do not meet our returns policy will be refused and returned. 
    • Please do make sure you include a piece of paper with your full name, email or order number. If you send back a return without any information our warehouse team will not know the return is yours and it will delay your return until you reach out to us. 
    • Please Note: We do not currently offer exchanges - all valid returns will be Refunded. If a size change is required, please place a fresh order. 

     

    RETURN REQUIREMENTS

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed, this includes smells of smoke,  body odor or pets, pet hair ect.
    • Items must be folded, repackaged and returned in the same condition they were received, ready for re-sale. Items returned in a poor fashion will be liable for a restocking fee of € 2.99.
    • If items are found with fake tan marks or dirt or hairs will be refused and sent back to the original shipping address.
    • Items must have all tags still attached, including outside tags.
    • All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
    • You are liable for the package until it has been delivered to us so we recommend you send the item tracked.
    • Returns that are late because you were away on holiday or your event was cancelled will not be accepted.

    WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

    • Items that have inside or outside tags removed. 
    • Stained or soiled items - makeup, fake tan, perfume scent etc. 
    • Late returns.

    ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • You are responsible for the cost of your return.
    • Please note: We are currently not processing any exchanges. In the instance you require a size up or a size down - please place a fresh order

    HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

    • You will receive an email once a refund has been processed.
    • Returns can take up to 14 working days to be inspected and for a refund to be processed. 

    International returns - please ensure that you state you are "returning to seller" in the reason for export on your postage label. You must also state that the item is of no retail value, as we can not accept customs charges to receive your return. Please note we do NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges.

     

    FAULTY ITEMS 

    Please contact us ASAP with images if you receive a faulty item, please do not wear the garment and then advise us its faulty, as it will not be accepted for a return. 

     

    All orders placed from Usa/Europe/International will be shipped within 2-4 working days.
     
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note: Delivery days are Mon-Friday only excluding public/bank holidays.
     
     ***Certain areas in the world are remote areas and the shipping fee will vary. We will contact you if your area is a remote area.***  
     
    Pre-order items - Please note pre-order items will be dispatched on the date provided within the description. If any orders are placed with in stock items they will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.

    kindly refer to checkout rates, we do offer both standard and express shipping using best logistic companies to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our standard option (for most countries we offer it for Free).
    In public holidays please bear in mind that these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

    Editing Orders & Adresses

    Changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not possible once an order has been shipped. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly.

    Please note, we are not able to cancel any orders for pre-order styles unless stated otherwise. 

     
    My delivery was late, can i get a refund for the delivery?
     
    We have very little control over your parcel once it leaves our warehouse. Please note that the delivery times listed above are only estimations. MeryemSaidi LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.
     
    Refusing delivery/or not collecting from the depot 
     
    Please be aware that if you refuse the delivery or its not collected it will be returned to us and the return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund or will be destroyed by the carrier, in that case both  delivery fee and product fees  will be deducted from your refund

    We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplace or lost package by shipping carrier.


    Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders

    In rare cases custom authority asks import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges, all the mentioned fees are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

    Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

    If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
    Returning items back to us from outside Europe - please be aware you will need to provide customs with the correct information on your return, please state that its returned goods with no value, we will not be held responsible if your return is returned back to you.
